There are four different buying options. Each option is $35.00 per month, including a one-time upfront setup fee. The only other cost to maintain your website is a standard transaction and accounting fee of 5% plus .25 cents per transaction. This fee pays for all merchant account, accounting, processing, and mailing fees. This frees you from all accounting requirements, allowing you to receive a check each month for all products and services sold.
If you purchase Option #1 you will have all of the benefits discussed above. However, you will not have your own custom domain name. What I mean by this is that the URL of your website will be something like this: dbc17.goldenhealthclub.org. Users will have to type in a similar URL to get directly to your website. Option #1 includes a $95.00 upfront one-time setup fee.

If you purchase Option #2 you will have all the benefits discussed above. However, you will be able to add your own personal domain name. You will need to secure and pay for the domain name (through a website such as www.GoDaddy.com) and follow the instructions here to match up your purchase domain name with your website. Option #2 includes a $145.00 upfront one-time setup fee.
You MUST have already purchased your domain name before completing the sign up form. If you select an option with an included domain name you will not be able to complete the set up form without entering in your domain name. You may change the Domain Name Servers at a later time if you wish.

Option #3 is if you already have a Golden Health Website and want to purchase another one. The onetime and monthly fees will be the same. You can purchase as many Golden Health Websites as you like using this option. Does not come with a domain name setup. Option #3 includes a $95.00 upfront one-time setup fee.
